Your garage sale offered significant savings on two guitars, and Kurt went the extra mile to ensure that I got them. As we were wrestling with the online payment, he stayed in touch to ensure I got things done. Then, he checked on shipping for me, which gave me an opportunity to save money by going with Canada post, instead of a courier. He got things to the post office, and then followed up. Brodie assisted me in the band/winds department (a section that doesn’t seem to appear in your selection list). She has excellent knowledge of the clarinet and sax and was extremely helpful by fixing my own Buffet R13 clarinet (A key spring needed to be reset).Being a sales desk, Brodie helped well beyond my expectations, and I was extremely glad (and lucky) someone with technical repair experience was available - with a keen, positive and friendly service. This kind of attitude and experience serves your wind/band department very well.

Gary connected with my 10 year old son like any other musician. I went into the store looking for a new guitar for myself and walked out with a new guy for my son. I always wanted to own a Gibson but I guess my son gets one before I do.

I stopped at the store in the morning and Randy was very helpful in showing me some fine guitars. As a beginner I appreciated his talent and suggestions. In the afternoon I sought Randy out for my guitar selection. I was pleased with the Taylor guitar that he helped me with.

Both Loranzo and Alex were so helpful and the passion for music was obvious! Our 10 yr old son needed a bit of assistance with the ukulele, and tuning of it. They took the time to explain and demonstrate the basic cords for him. Extremely knowledgable! Thank you!
