FP5 Drum Microphone Package

The Audix FP5 Fusion Series Drum Microphone Package from Audix consists of an F5 dynamic snare mic, three F2 dynamic tom mics, an F6 dynamic kick drum mic, four mic clips, four pivot mounts, one mic stand adapter, and an aluminum carrying case.

Audix revolutionized drum and percussion miking by designing instrument specific microphones. With the introduction of the Fusion Series, Audix created two attractively priced packages for todays up and coming professionals.

This Drum Pack contains a combination of f2, f5 and f6 dynamic microphones. The f5 is tuned for snare drum and can be used as well for bongos, timbales, guitar cabinets and acoustic instruments; the f2 is ideally suited for rack and floor toms, congas, djembe, bongos, timbales, brass and woodwind instruments. The f6 dynamic microphone, with its extended bass response, is designed for kick drum, bass cabinets, cajon and other low frequency instruments.

Built to withstand the rigors of live stage applications, the Fusion Series mics are also excellent for rehearsal, school, House of Worship and a wide variety of home recording applications.

F5 Dynamic Hypercardioid Instrument Microphone

The Audix F5 Fusion Series Hypercardioid Instrument Microphone is a versatile, cost effective dynamic microphone that is well suited for stage and studio applications. The microphone features a hypercardioid polar pattern which is most effective in rejecting off-axis noise and feedback. Its tailored frequency response is optimized to capture snare drums, percussion, amplifier cabinets and more.

F2 Dynamic Hypercardioid Instrument Microphone

The Audix F2 dynamic instrument microphone is an ideal recording tool for use on stage or in the studio. The Low Mass (LM) diaphragm offers natural, accurate sound reproduction and features a hypercardioid polar pattern to provide ample rejection of off-axis noise, and to minimize feedback. The mic has a linear frequency response, capable of accurately reproducing signals at very high sound pressure levels of up to 139dB without distortion.

The mic is made in the USA, and features a precision-cast zinc alloy body with a steel grill, durable finish, and gold-plated XLR connector. A heavy-duty nylon mic clip and a carrying pouch are included.

F6 Fusion Series Hypercardioid Low-Frequency Instrument Microphone

The F6 Fusion Series Hypercardioid Low-Frequency Instrument Microphone from Audix is a dynamic microphone with a tailored low-frequency response, that is well suited for capturing kick drums, bass cabinets, and more. The microphone features a hypercardioid polar pattern which is most effective in rejecting off-axis noise and feedback. In addition to the low-end punch, the f6 will also deliver suitable mid-range clarity in both recording and sound reinforcement applications.

Microphone Clip

Audix D-clip microphone clip mounts to standard 5/8" threads and also includes a 3/8" thread adapter for European microphone stands.

D-Flex Dual Pivot Clamp Style Mount

The Audix D-Flex is a device used to mount Micro-D series microphones and enables them to be positioned in ways unachievable without it. The D-Flex features dual pivot joints and a wide-jaw clamp for firm mounting and accurate positioning on drum and percussion instruments.

MC-1 Microphone Stand Adapter

The Audix MC-1 microphone stand mount is designed for the OM series and VX10 handheld microphones. Mounts to a standard 5/8" thread, but also includes a 3/8" thread adapter for European standards.
